GERMAN WHITE GARLIC
German White Garlic is one of the most widely grown garlic. The flavor is a full body taste with a little zing when eaten raw, but produces a very flavorful gentle taste when cooked. Our German White is unique in that most bulbs have only 4 or VERY arge cloves vs. grocery store Garlic that hast over 15 small, difficult to peel and use. Our garlic cloves are so equisite you'll want to slice them and show them off in your meals. |

SPANISH ROJA GARLIC
Spanish Roja garlic is defined almost entirely by its flavor. Its violet-blushed sheath of wrappers encapsulates large ivory cloves with a flavor so strong, hot and robust that it sticks around for a long time. If cooked, particularly roasted it will develop a deep, rich and complex flavor. It has been described as one of the most preferred AND HOTTEST garlics flavor wise in the world. Most bulbs are smaller than other garlics, but the flavor outways the bulb size. Roja usually has 12 to 16 cloves, but Cranky Carls has spent years getting the bulb and clove sizes up. Our Roja is generally 1.5 to 2.5 inches, and only 6 yo 8 cloves. |

RUSSIAN INFERNO
Russian Inferno has huge flavor and and keeps it through out cooking. It is quite bold raw and once cooked, retains its strong flavor with a bit of a sweet aftertaste. It is an easy grower with particularly large bulbs and 6 to 10 clovers per bulb. It is considered in the hot garlic family. Very hardy for cold climates and can store in refridgerator for almost 10 months |

PURPLE GLAZER

We here at Cranky Carls farm, have a philosphy that it is possible to raise healthy, chemical free food at an affordable cost to you and your family. We think you'll find our pricing very competitive with local grocery stores, and although we are slightly higher, its well worth is when you know you are eating only naturally raised food, not to mention the unbelievable difference in flavor.

We have a strict policy of feeding only natural feed to all our animals. NO SOY OR CORN IS EVER FED and never on our property anywhere!
We feed only field peas and alfalfa, and supplement with natural kelp and worm with natural DE. During the spring and summer months we free range all our poultry which makes the eggs and meat taste amazing. The pigs are kept on pasture except for an occasionl time in large open pens for breeding or farrowing. We make every effort to make sure our animals and happy and each animal is checked daily. ONLY animals meeting strict health requirements are offered for meat. You can be sure any meat you buy was never exposed to antibiotics, vaccines, chemicals or any gmo feed.
We offer, butcher pigs, weiner pigs, and various cuts of Pork and Beef and organic butcher chickens, free range layer eggs. Naturally raised turkeys are also seasonally available.
IN ADDITION, we also offer a range of Produce. Our main specialty is the organic gourment garlic which we grow right here on the farm. We have had customers tell us its the best garlic they've ever had. We believe this is because of the soil and the Montana aquafur Water. No pestistides or chemicals are in our water or our soil. We do not use fertilizer, just Kelp and Manure.
We also offer various lettuces, kelp, spinach and seasonal produce, which is listed on our price / order pages. Our secondary produce is Rasberries, and Black Berries which usually sell out quickly. We do take reservations on all our products and you can place your order here.
